This hotel is in a great location, right in the center of town. It is very close to the main street and everything you need is within walking distance. The service and staff are exceptional, providing basic amenities and ensuring that the rooms have everything you need without unnecessary luxury. The view from the fifth floor is really amazing and adds to the overall experience. Additionally, the breakfast is served early at 7 am with a variety of items already available, although the eggs tend to disappear within 15 minutes.
All was perfect; there is nothing that could be improved.

The room had a beautiful view of the mountains and the bed was comfortable. the hotel was located close to many bars and restaurants, making it easy to explore and enjoy the local nightlife. the breakfast buffet offered a good variety of options to choose from.
Our romantic escape was not as perfect as we hoped it would be. the air conditioning was extremely loud, making it difficult to sleep through the night.

I stayed at this hotel during Christmas and unfortunately, my experience was not pleasant. The room was not properly cleaned and the bedsheets were not changed.

The room was simple but clean and had a normal shower, which is not always easy to find in Asia. I also appreciated the great localization of the hotel, as it was close to bars, restaurants, and the tubing shop. The staff at the reception were friendly and lent us a water bottle for the duration of our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel.
